Employee of the Month
Our Employee of the Month program is offered to ‘Homecare Aide’ employees only, who have worked for 2 months or more. Scoring is base in part on several categories: customer service, attendance, time-sheet quality & delivery, telephony clock in/out sufficiency, quality of work performed, appearance, approach towards your job duties/responsibilities & your co-workers, office feedback, client’s feedback etc.
There is no limit to the amount of times one may win in a calendar year or consecutively. All selections will be made on the last day of every month, the winner’s name and picture will be posted on the company’s website and Employee of the Month bonus compensation will be mail out that same day.
